Description: This Sign-up is for both Scouts and participating Adults.

Scouts and Parents,
Join us for a fun weekend of Scouting at our District Camporee. There will be events challenging to Scouts of all ages.

****To guarantee receiving a Camporee T-shirt and patch, sign-up by Tuesday, 15th March.****
Sign-ups will be accepted after 15th March, but there is no guarantee you will get a T-shirt or patch as they need to be ordered in advance.

IMPORTANT: The registration fee for all scouts is being paid by the Troop, however if you register for the event and DO NOT attend, you will have to reimburse the Troop $40, no exceptions.

Sign-ups will close Sunday, 10th March. If you sign-up and are not sure you can attend, please remove your name from the registration.

Scouts: when registering, please indicate the following:
(“Yes, I need a ride”
or
“No, I am riding with (name of adult)”.)
AND
The size of your T-shirt.

What to Bring:
1) Details about Meals and cooking will be provided in a separate e-mail.
2) Wear class A uniform on Friday. Bring Class B T-shirts.
3) Camping backpack with sleeping bag, sleeping pad, refillable water bottle, hat, sunscreen, sleeping clothes and the 10 essentials.
