Description: Hello Scouts and Parents,

Hope everyone had a fun and relaxing summer break and are waiting for school to start.

We will be having our Annual Troop Picnic on Saturday 26th August from 11am.
Please sign up on the Troop calendar, so that we have a count of the number of people attending.
The Hospitality Committee has created a sign up genius link for you to sign up to bring items.
The picnic is open to everyone in the family so please feel free to bring your siblings along too.
The park does have a large ground for soccer, volleyball and basketball courts. Please bring games, volleyball, futball, soccer balls, basketballs, frisbees to play and share. Please also bring the mess kit and water bottles for you and your family. Please bring enough water, so that we can reduce the amount of plastic used. We will also have water bottles from Costco for only refills. Don’t forget to bring servingware.

This picnic is going to be about being able to connect with parents and scouts bonding. There are picnic tables available for our use but if you have picnic chairs or blankets, please feel free to bring and enjoy!

Please circulate this message within your patrols so that everyone gets this message. Looking forward to seeing all of you in person and spending some quality time together. Last year was fun, let’s make this year even more fun and well deserved for all our scouts.
